My experience with this law firm was less than subpar. Their website offers a free consultation, and even though I filled out the information, they never contacted me. 3 days later I called the office and spoke to someone, a telephone operator and he advised me they have no information about the form I filled out. He went ahead and said their system probably isn’t working correctly. (FIRST RED FLAG) So I explained to him I would like to speak to an attorney about real estate, inheritance and capital gains, etc to get an idea what are my options to then move forward with the hiring of his service. Well the guy was busy writing everything down because it was obvious he was clueless on how to answer. So after a few hours this guy calls me back stating that the lawyer cannot meet with me because the owner of the home needs to be present. So I thought you myself, What happened to the free consultation??? At this point is when I realized the telephone operator asked the wrong question to the lawyer. SECOND RED FLAG. This obviously frustrated me because this is why I wanted to speak with the lawyer so he/she could understand what I was looking for, and not deal with some pencil sharpening employee to attempt to have an educated conversation. So with that being said I took my business elsewhere. Get rid of your front desk help. He is killing your business.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
